1. Schedule your free, 30-minute consult

2. Pay a $149 flat-fee invoice and we’ll prepare your detailed budget and proposal

3. In two weeks, we’ll meet on Zoom to review the details

4. We work together to craft or change the itinerary until it’s perfect for your team

5. We get to work doing all of the planning, and make sure you have all details in hand at least 7 business days prior to your workshop
