Lindsey Mackereth is the owner of Method Counseling, a creative-focused private therapy practice in Minneapolis, MN. With 10 years of experience in the field of mental health care, Lindsey’s primary goal as a therapist + coach is to use collaboration, conversation and connection to cultivate meaningful change in areas of career, creativity and relationship with self + others.
Lindsey is a dually licensed mental health clinician in the state of Minnesota as well as a Certified Mental Health Integrative Medicine Provider. Her experience includes providing counseling + coaching for adolescents and adults in a variety of settings including outpatient, intensive outpatient and residential treatment centers. She also has experience teaching psychology and counseling courses at the university level, is a board-certified clinical supervisor in the state of Minnesota and currently serves on the Minnesota Counseling Association Board of Directors as the Marketing Chair.
Lindsey embraces creativity in her clinical work due to her own creative inclinations as an art maker and absorber. She obtained a BFA in studio art, with a focus on video art and worked in the field of post-production for advertising prior to pursuing a career as a therapist. Out of the office, Lindsey can be found enjoying nature, making collage art, spending time with family, inhaling coffee, and staying physically active through biking, running and yoga. Kenzie is one of the co-founders of Kyla Studio. After 5 years of running her own photography business, she knew she wanted to spend her time helping other creative’s establish and grow their own businesses. Together, with her close graphic design friend, Mikayla--and with a heart for combining strategy and art--they co-founded Kyla Studio.
Kyla Studio is a branding strategy and design studio set on helping creative business owners discover, develop, and grow their brands. Within her role, Kenzie focuses on strategy and growth helping clients establish the foundation of their brand and later, after the designers create the gorgeous visual identity, helping them launch their new brand online.
She currently lives in St Paul, MN with her high school sweetheart, Trey, and their Australian Shepherd puppy, Meia.

Born and raised in the small farming community of Dassel, Minnesota, Talia relocated to Minneapolis as a young adult—but can probably still beat you in a cow milking competition. She makes a living as a Content Director at Habermann, an advertising agency in Minneapolis, and makes zero dollars as the creator, editor and head broad at Flock of Broads. She lives outside of Minneapolis with her partner, nine-year-old daughter, two-year-old son and two dogs.
Talia is a marketing leader with deep knowledge and experience in brand building, content strategy and social media. Creative problem solving and leading brands from strategy through flawless execution keeps her motivated and excited. Through her work on both the client and agency sides, she’s led interactive brand strategies for some of the world’s most trusted companies.
