not sure what to bring to your retreat? refer to our suggested packing list below.

  • Toiletries

  • If you have a blanket you like to use for lounging and post-yoga, please bring

  • Yoga clothes (2 days of yoga)

  • Comfortable lounging clothes / weekend clothes

  • Layers if you feel like venturing outdoors during the down times

  • Campfire clothes

  • Slippers

  • Winter clothes (during Winter months)

  • Raincoat (during Spring & Summer months)

  • Book / Kindle

  • Swimsuit and beach towel

  • Water bottle (plastic water bottles will not be provided)

  • Wine and bubbles will be provided, but if you prefer a different beverage, please bring your own

  • Snacks will be provided, but if you have something you enjoy, please bring your own
