Sometimes all we need to do to get in a better headspace is to move our body with our breath. The art of yoga and meditation can be a beautiful combination, which is why at our retreat experience, we start every day with just that.
There’s no need to be intimidated, our yoga and meditation teacher will guide you through a practice that is right for you. Whether it’s your first time, or you’re a seasoned expert - we’ll curate an environment where you feel comfortable, challenged and invigorated. During a weekend retreat experience, you would participate in:
1 hour yoga session on Saturday, followed by guided meditation
30 minute restorative, candlelight yoga session Saturday evening
1 hour yoga session on Sunday, followed by guided meditation
Time throughout the weekend for reflection + journalling
