private retreats | key elements
When planning your retreat experience we aim to incorporate a few key elements into your day, evening or weekend to ensure a good ebb and flow of energy throughout. Here are the elements we look at:
the outcome
How do you want your guests to feel when they leave your retreat? This initial question helps us filter all of our decisions when planning your retreat experience.
your stay
Are you looking for luxury? Urban? Remote? Rustic? We’ll work with you to make sure we find the perfect location and venue.
food experience
Do you want to make sure your group feels nourished with farm-to-table food? Are you looking for an over-the-top gourmet experience? Do you want a weekend of cooking lessons? Whatever your retreat goals are, we’ll work with you to bring the food experience to life by finding the perfect partner.
creative play
Part of a retreat is about having FUN. One way to do that is through exploring creativity (e.g. floral arranging, cocktail mixing classes, etc.). How do you want to ensure your guests have fun?
mind + body wellness
Most of us feel better when we move our bodies and find ways to quiet our minds, but it can be hard to find time to do that during the hustle and bustle of our everyday lives. Whether it’s yoga, a walk in the woods, or high-intensity HIIT training, we want to find time for you to move and to find silence.
coaching
Last, but certainly not least, if you are hoping to create new conversations, search a little deeper, make a big change in your life, or create a vision and plan your goals, life & business coaching is a way to do just that. We partner with a life and business coach to run through exercises and conversations that allow you to think in new ways & leave feeling inspired.
