NOURISHING SEASONAL MEALS, CURATED BY A LOCAL personal chef.

During our weekend retreats, you found the time to get away, so we want to be sure you’re not stuck in the kitchen. We also want to make sure you’re not being served lukewarm lasagna on a paper plate. That’s why we’re working with passionate, local culinary experts to curate a menu made just for the retreat. These experts will not only curate the menu, but they will join us for the retreat experience, making meals right in front of you, and serving them to you. We make sure our food experience focuses on:

  • Locally sourced ingredients

  • Rotating seasonal menus

  • Meals inclusive of all dietaries

  • Food that makes you feel good

  • Assuring you aren’t doing any of the work

Whether food is a passion or a chore, we’ll make sure your experience is a positive one.

We also offer a variety of food experiences through some of our half-day, full-day, and virtual retreat experiences. Make sure to check out our current offerings!

POP-UP DINNER PARTY HOSTESS & CREATOR OF HEAT & EAT MEALS

Liza is a Minnesota girl with fierce cooking skills in the kitchen; food is truly her love language.

For more than a decade, she has been part of a monthly gourmet cooking group in the Twin Cities. She created Nosh and Gather Pop-Up Dinner Parties so others could be part of this unique dining experience.

Nosh to Go was born years ago when her babies were babies, and along with her girlfriends, they would batch cook and swap meals every month so they could all push the easy button on busy weeknights. As her kids got older, she kept batching cooking and meal prepping to keep her fridge stocked for the busy week ahead. Over time, people began to ask if they could get in on this goodness, too.

When she is not busy cooking in the kitchen, she can be found hanging with her sweet hubs and their 3 kiddos outside, having Beyonce dance parties or reading Harry Potter snuggled on the couch. She loves to travel; getting away feeds her foodie inspo.

Jamie PREUSS | so happy you liked it

FOOD BLOGGER & RECIPE DEVELOPER

Calling Minnesota “home sweet home” Jamie loves traveling the world to see new things, and to enjoy the warm sunshine.

She grew up with a pie-baking, grill-master of a father and a mother who prepared classic dishes from her childhood, constantly sharing a story with each meal she made. Food has always been a part of Jamie’s story, and she believes it is an incredible tool to connect with people. Over the years she likes to say she has roasted, baked, whipped and sautéed her way in to the hearts of friends and strangers alike. She’s found that, when given a compliment about something she’s made, her response has consistently become, “I’m so happy you liked it!”.

FOOD BLOGGER & RECIPE DEVELOPER

Laura is a born and raised Minnesotan who has a passion for all things cooking and baking.

She grew up helping her mother in the kitchen learning all the basics. The rest of her skills and experience came from watching cooking shows and getting creative in the kitchen. She began cooking meals for her family at a young age. Being in the kitchen was never a chore, rather a way for her to be creative and try new things. She attributes many of her kitchen creations to the Twin Cites restaurant scene where she often recreates dishes she's tried and fell in love with. There's nothing she loves more than cooking for people that she loves, and is happiest at home in her kitchen, or dining out sharing a meal with friends and family.
